Consulting firm looking to add Sr. Consultant to their Retirement practice. Ideally someone who has at least 10 years+ core RET experience, and has been a lead actuary for his/her clients, preferably large corporate clients. At that level, he/she must be an expert in the core duties of a lead actuary, including pension plan strategies, plan administration and financial management, plan design and redesign and M&A

support. A track record of successfully leading cross-practice new business sales and consulting efforts is definitely something they would be looking for ideally, however, a candidate who has the strong project management and lead actuary experience but not as much business development experience, would still be considered. Sr. Consultant candidates would most also get the opportunity to work with leading edge risk management tools to assess, structure, price and execute pension plan solutions that align to a client's long term financial objectives. Senior consultants will, in addition to leading project teams in this area, also be selling this new business solution to existing and new potential clients.
