Client looking for Experienced Health Consultant to use problem solving and communication skills to help clients with design, financing, and administration of group benefits. Leads H&W non-jumbo targeted clients and/or project manages on jumbo clients. Serves as strong second consultant on jumbo clients. Assists with strategy development conversations with assigned clients. Activities include: Benefit strategy, Plan design, Pricing strategy, Bid/selection projects, Health plan management including vendor management, negotiations, problem resolution, and regional interface. Lead in the delivery of client work. Perform complex project management. Provide significant leverage in role-delegating work and coaching others. Act as project leader and/or client leader on targeted client/prospects including some or all of the following tasks: Take initiative on building client relationships, Scope needs, Build relationships with Account Executives, other Sales & Accounts associates, and team leads from other practices, Lead, drive, and execute the business strategy defined by client and team. Ideal candidate will have Project management experience, People management experience or equivalent skills (depending on people management responsibilities). Health care experience (8+ years); has a solid understanding of Health and Welfare programs. Consulting experience (5+ years). Business development experience
